Mona JobKeeper Collection

With the museum shut indefinitely thanks to COVID-19, the Mona Shop needed to shift products. Big-time. So we decided to launch a new fashion line, just in time for lockdown. We called it our winter JobKeeper Collection (JobKeeper being the Australian Government’s COVID business subsidy), and forced our furloughed staff to be the public face of the campaign.

Mona’s promise to the public? ‘What we saved on the models we spent on the collection’. Almost all the words in that sentence are untrue. Anyway, we sold a shitload of black hooded apparel and won some awards along the way.
